An individualized psychotherapy intensive

Childhood Trauma & Inner Healing
Intensive

“My past is still affecting my present.”

A place to begin

Dedicated space.
Care that meets you.

Starting at 6 hours & beyondOne or multiple days

You may understand what happened in childhood. But understanding does not automatically change what your nervous system learned to expect.

Earlier experiences can continue to appear through people-pleasing, perfectionism, abandonment fears, difficulty trusting, emotional reactivity, shame, over-functioning, relationship patterns, self-worth, or the persistent feeling that you somehow aren't enough.

This intensive creates dedicated space to explore the connection between past and present while working compassionately with protective patterns, younger parts, the body, and the nervous system.

The goal is not to endlessly revisit childhood.

It is to help the past stop running the present.

They are six doors into deeper work.”

Designed around you

Safety comes
before depth.

Your intensive is designed around your history, therapeutic goals, current needs, nervous system, readiness, and clinical appropriateness.

Before scheduling, I’ll discuss with you what you’re experiencing, your treatment history, current supports, and whether an intensive is an appropriate level and format of care.

There are circumstances in which weekly treatment, psychiatric support, a specialized treatment program, crisis intervention, or another level of care may be more appropriate.

Compare weekly therapy & intensives

Clinical psychotherapy intensives are individualized mental-health treatment and are not a substitute for emergency or crisis services. Treatment recommendations and appropriateness are determined through clinical assessment.

A conversation is a beginning

You don’t need to know exactly where to begin.

You may simply know: I don’t want to keep feeling this way. That is enough of a place to begin.
