Jenny Alzate LPC — Integrative Psychotherapist
An individualized psychotherapy intensive

Depression & Emotional Wellness
Intensive

“I’ve lost connection with myself and my life.”

A place to begin

Dedicated space.
Care that meets you.

Starting at 6 hours & beyondOne or multiple days

Depression can feel like sadness.

It can also feel like emptiness, exhaustion, disconnection, irritability, hopelessness, loss of motivation, or simply moving through life without feeling fully present in it.

This intensive creates concentrated therapeutic space to explore the emotional experiences, patterns, stressors, relationships, protective responses, and mind-body factors that may be contributing to your current experience.

For clients experiencing depression or other mood symptoms, clinical appropriateness and level of care are carefully assessed before beginning intensive work.

“These aren’t six protocols.
They are six doors into deeper work.”

Designed around you

Safety comes
before depth.

Your intensive is designed around your history, therapeutic goals, current needs, nervous system, readiness, and clinical appropriateness.

Before scheduling, I’ll discuss with you what you’re experiencing, your treatment history, current supports, and whether an intensive is an appropriate level and format of care.

There are circumstances in which weekly treatment, psychiatric support, a specialized treatment program, crisis intervention, or another level of care may be more appropriate.

Compare weekly therapy & intensives

Clinical psychotherapy intensives are individualized mental-health treatment and are not a substitute for emergency or crisis services. Treatment recommendations and appropriateness are determined through clinical assessment.

A conversation is a beginning

You don’t need to know exactly where to begin.

You may simply know: I don’t want to keep feeling this way. That is enough of a place to begin.
